🇨🇦 Express Entry PR Application Checklist(Post-ITA – Education-Based Draw)


🗓 Submission Deadline:You must submit your complete application within 60 days of receiving your Invitation to Apply (ITA).


📄 MANDATORY DOCUMENTS (Required for All Applicants)

Valid Passport - Ensure it remains valid throughout the entire application process.

Birth Certificate - Required to confirm your identity and establish family relationships.

Language Test Results - Provide valid test results from IELTS, CELPIP, TEF, or TCF. Retake the test if your previous results have expired.

Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) - Mandatory for degrees obtained outside Canada. Confirm your ECA has not expired.

Proof of Work Experience - Reference letters, employment contracts, or pay stubs showing your employment history.

Police Clearance Certificates - You must provide certificates for every country where you have lived for 6 months or more since turning 18.

Photographs - Recent passport-sized photos for you and each accompanying family member.


📁 ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS (If Applicable to Your Situation)

Official Transcripts - From all post-secondary institutions attended.

Proof of Settlement Funds - Bank statements or financial documents showing sufficient funds for you and your family.

Medical Exam Receipt - Schedule only after receiving medical instructions from IRCC.

Civil Status Documents - Marriage certificates, divorce decrees, or death certificates.

Certificate of Qualification (For Skilled Trades Only) - Issued by a Canadian provincial or territorial authority.

Employment Records (Supplemental) - Pay stubs, T4 slips, tax returns, or other documents to verify work history.
